NillRooms were clean and service was too good. Sanju bhaiya in the staff was very polite. We booked with breakfast and dinner and it was worth it. They have wrong information regarding the location which is misguiding, it's located near to Bhagsu. Kindly update your location in map

NillThis place is near McLeodganj. The room we got was old and worn out. The furniture, towels and carpet was old and worn. Tiles were broken and the room was unclean. The food was not at all good. The hot and sour soup looked like tomato soup and the toasted bread was chewy. There was no air conditioner, we had to request a heater at additional 300/- which is like a basic necessity in cold weather. There were holes in bathroom tiles, the bucket and mug were broken and dirty and the worst part is bathroom doesn’t have exhaust fan and the window (high on wall) opens in the main hotel corridor.

NillDisappointing Stay at Sky Heaven Resort Our experience at Sky Heaven Resort was far from satisfactory. The room quality was extremely disappointing—unclean, poorly maintained, and lacking basic amenities. The furniture seemed old and worn out, and the overall hygiene of the space left much to be desired. The food was equally underwhelming, offering a very average taste with limited options. It lacked freshness and authenticity, making meals a forgettable part of our stay. Despite the scenic location, the poor room standards and mediocre food overshadowed our experience. I would not recommend Sky Heaven Resort for those seeking comfort or value for their money.

NillBest place to stay in Dharamsala with reasonable rate. Room was neat and clean. Staffs were respectful and helpful. Food was really good. Enjoyed stay there. Would recommend this hotel for sure.
