Hotel Anand Palace

The room was not clean at all. The bed looked used, and the bathroom was dirty. Very disappointed. Not worth the money.... The pictures online looked nice, but the actual room was completely different and much worse. The room had a terrible smell, like mold..... It was very uncomfortable. and there were no proper locks. And talking about staffs are good in their service.

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Anand Palace, Dharamshala. The room quality was extremely poor and the cleanliness was unacceptable. The service was very bad and unprofessional. There were frequent power cuts, and the generator was started very late each time. The food was also not good — lacked taste and quality. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely disappointing condition of the rooms. Bed linens and blankets were not clean, dusty furniture, no mirror in room. Overall condition of the rooms were not worth the stay.

The service and the behaviour of the staff are very good and the food was very tasty. The rooms were also very great loved the ambience of the hotel. Overall the hotel was worth it

The overall ambience was very dull.The furniture was old and rusty.Basic hygiene was missing, the sheets and bathroom was not clean..the view was also very upsetting.. although they had good food and cooperative staff

Location is very far, almost at the end of city which takes a lot of time to reach there. Stff is very cooperative. Room, bathroom condition and interior is below average.

Very delicious food quality,it's near market,and fantastic location 5 minutes walking way tobbhagsunag temlple,we enjoy here.
