MNP Hotel Oak Valley Dharamshala

I recently stayed at MNP Hotel Oak Valley, and the experience was quite peaceful. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled between the valley and surrounded by serene mountains. The view from the room was breathtaking — calm, cold, and incredibly soothing. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit back, relax, and soak in nature. The food was good — tasty and satisfying. There’s room for improvement, though, and I believe the owner can definitely take it up a notch to match the beauty of the surroundings. Room service and the room conditions were decent, but again, a bit of enhancement would make the stay more comfortable and memorable. If you're someone who values natural beauty, peace, and a scenic escape, this place is worth checking out. With a few improvements, it has the potential to be a top-notch retreat in McLeodganj.

My experience was far from satisfactory. ||From the moment I arrived, there were several issues that made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating.||||First, It was long journey from manali to dharamshala, we reached late evening@ 9:30 PM. We were asked to complete check in formalities and on the same time need to manage dinner time till 10:00pm.||Hwr, food was finished @9:30 PM and there was no proper arrangements for refilling to those guests who are already eating as well. the room was not ready at the promised check-in time. When I finally got to my room, it was not properly cleaned—there were stains on the sheets and the bathroom had not been restocked with basic toiletries. I reported this to the front desk, but the staff seemed uninterested and took a long time to respond. The advertised amenities were also disappointing. The Wi-Fi was unreliable at best. Breakfast, which was supposed to be included, was subpar with very limited options.||||Overall, I expected much better for the price I paid. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the quality of their service. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Manager and all staff are so humble and polite.. best and best hotel service food and everything is best... Morning view is so sunshine... Room no 301.. Must must visit the hotel, all hotel boys are soft in nature and polite...... Total 5 star

Do not book this place at all. Rooms were in very bad shape and food was also not good. The wifi doesn’t work, the phone doesn’t work, there was no kettle in the room, all Bathroom essentials were not provided, even towels were torn. Beddings were smelly and they charges 3500 per room for such rooms.

I was stay last night in Oak velly hotel MNP resort, nice view, nice service ❤️ spaicialy thanks for nikhil and Sanjay chef for caring us . If you comes in dharmshala, I recommend all of you stay hotel oak valley. Thanku guy's ❤️

Very bad experience here. Hotel room was very bad only 1 charging plug was working. Bedsheets were dirty and smelly Food was also not that good Balconies were connected so anyone can come so no privacy Overall even though staff were friendly but its not for couples or family

At the outset let me mention that this hotel is not at all suitable for family.We sufferred a lot during our stay there.They will subject you to all sort of adjustment to accomodate their big group bookings which looks like their bread and butter.we were two families but were not allotted rooms on same floor.Walkway to our room was through their kitchen, due to faulty cable , intercom was not available throughout our stay.Look of room was no way near to what shown online.As group was comprising youngsters , they were up till late in night which disturbed our sleep.All balconies are interconnected hence anybody can come very close to your window. Giving one star as no option to give 0.
