Capital O Hotel Pink White

First of all this is a budget hotel which is in Bhagsu Nag and is about 2km from Mcleodganj. The room was just average . We had booked it for 3 people and the extra bedding thing was never cattered to. Anyways it had an attached bathroom and a balcony with it , which was plus point I'd say. We were given a room at the 3rd floor. The room had a TV but it was not functioning well due to some signal issues even though the weather seemed all right. Toiletries weren't much just a soap and couple of towels. The hotel didn't have light backups as the light went of in the evening time and never came back before dawn. The hotels in the vicinity although had generators working meanwhile. The hotel staff was very polite and modest. The hotel is very near to the Bhagsu Nag Waterfall. All in all if one is on a limited budget and is in search for one cheap hotel in Mcleodganj, I'd recommend this hotel . Hope this proved to be of certain help. Cheers!

Giving one star because minus 5 is not available. Please do not opt for this hotel. Location is not at all good. Very dirty bathrooms, rude staff and very poor room service. Initially they provided a wet towel. The geyser was not working properly; I had to beg them to fix it. I asked them to clean the bathroom but they did not do it saying that the bathroom is already clean. Simply PATHETIC.

It's a budget hotel. Cleanliness is questionable but when my group couldn't find an affordable hotel & online booking (for other hotels) was not accepted before 12 noon this hotel was the only option which provided us shelter in the early hours of the day. Not the worst. Most of the hotel owners in bhagsunag, McLeod ganj area will try to make a fool of you by advising wrong hotels with wrong prices if you're not staying in their own hotel & you will get the reality check that people of Himachal Pradesh are not that good (because you are already tired, roaming around in search of hotels in chilled weather, drizzling & what these people do is make you walk the steep paths with your luggage by advising wrong options). At least this hotel's owner is not like that🙏🏻 there's a cafe beside it which is just awesome..I'm telling this because there's no food service in the hotel.

The hotel is located well, very close to the Bhagsu Taxi Stand (the hotel is uphill from the stand). However, the room was small, unclean, and just be poorly maintained. It looked like it hadn’t been swept for months. The linen had fungal spots, and Haldi from food. The pot in the bathroom had probably not seen a cleaner and a toilet brush ever. The staff were rarely at the reception, and they didn’t bother cleaning the room during the stay. Finally, at the time of checkout, they refused to provide an invoice citing some excuse.||Definitely not recommended.

They offer decent rooms at affordable price. Their all rooms have balconies. However, the views from them are not so pleasent, you only see walls of other hotels. At first they offered us room which do not have clean bathrooms, however, they changed our room on complaining several times.

Hotel is situated at Bhagsu nag. Place foreigners prefer because of its silence and beauty. We stayed overnight at Hotel Pink White. Hotel was pocket friendly. But there was Stinky Washroom, No Towels, Dirty Sheet, Late Call Response. They need to review there Hotel Standards.

Very poor hotel as well as irresponsible staff. Hotel is in a very bad condition. We were not able to close the doors (Room or washroom). Very bad experience and highly priced. No one must stay even if they offer it for free. Very pathetic

Better to avoid owing to its location. Also if you are planning for Triund, it's better to stay somewhere near to the taxi stand from where the cabs take you to gallu devi. We were misled by few local people that gallu devi was located at walking distance from this hotel, however they were very wrong and we learnt it the hard way. Avoid walking to gallu devi.
