Worst Experience of all time. Really rude front desk. Didn’t gave the room until I called the booking firm and still were really unprofessional. Don’t stay in this hotel U can get better service at same price.

The staff are very nice and there's a waiting area, just in case any rooms are being prepared. The rooms and bathrooms were properly cleaned, and large enough - but the building is aged. Excellent location in Dharamshala, but please note the front road has a huge slope and traffic, and is the route towards McLeod. There's a Punjabi dhaba and supermarket close by for snacks.

Perfect place to stay in Dharamshala Not even a single issue we faced for our 3 day stay here. We reached at 6 in the morning and check in time is 12 still the property owner provided us with rooms. The food is great. The service is great. Top notch clean rooms/sheets/towel. Room service is great. 24 hours hot water availability. Overall experience was really great, would recommend you to stay if you are visiting dharamshala and macleodganj. Everything is near by to this place.

The hotel rooms were so comfortable that you don't even need to be tired to be sleepy. Cleanliness was 5/5 at every part of the hotel. Staff was well behaved and friendly however when we reached the hotel there was no one at the reception and i had to go upstairs to call someone for check in purpose. We insisted the manager to serve breakfast at 7 and his staff served it.

This hotel is approx 1.5 to 2 kms from hrtc dharamshala bus stand, I had booked the hotel from go ibibo at around 1k as they have tie up with them. Taxi from bus stand to hotel charges Rs 100. Talking about the hotel, reception is good, rooms have bright colour, and rooms were clean, it's a 2 Star hotel therefore toilet was basic. Their Service is prompt & staff is helpful. We had opted for aloo paratha as our breakfast along with tea which was good. The only -ve aspect was internal lock seemed little unsafe - checkout my pics, Overall worth the price.

Rooms don't have a view, they were congested and very small. Rooms are not having ventilation. They don't have a complimentary beverage on arrival. They don't provide newspapers in rooms. Pricing is expensive. Only plus point is the limited food options which they offer you, are delicious. Service is also very good. Rooms had working TV's and the bell boy was helpful in carrying your baggages to your room because there is no elevator. Hotel itself is situated at a steep slope.
