During my stay, I experienced an unfortunate accident while walking in Dharamkot, outside the hotel premises and entirely unrelated to the property. In that moment of distress, when I was badly injured and reached out for help, your team responded with unparalleled compassion and efficiency. The way you cared for me felt like I was being looked after by family, turning a challenging situation into one filled with gratitude. Your support showcased the very best of humanity and service, and I will forever be thankful for your kindness. I recently stayed at this beautiful resort and I absolutely loved the property. Though reaching the resort was a bit of a challenge due to the winding hill roads, the moment I arrived, all the effort felt completely worth it. The peaceful surroundings, fresh mountain air made me forget all the chaos of daily life. It truly offers an experience that soothes your soul. The spa and swimming pool were excellent, food was great, staff is incredibly warm and friendly. Every person I interacted with went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Saurabh at the restaurant was attentive and always made sure everything was perfect. The person at the bar was super cool. A very special thanks to Sunny from Reservations - he was extremely polite and helpful, patiently handling all my requests with a smile. He truly spoiled us with his hospitality, and I haven’t experienced such warmth and professionalism anywhere else. Tarsem ji also helped plan our itinerary and gave us some amazing recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. I’m already looking forward to coming back with my family during the winter season.

Certainly the best hotel in Dharamsala - beautiful grounds, spacious room, excellent WiFi, good swimming pool, very good massages at the spa. The menu at Thym restaurant is not extensive, but what’s on offer is delish. Service staff are very nice and generally speaking, quite efficient. ||A real sanctuary far from the noises of downtown. However, because of its remote location and management policy, guests are hostages! The hotel would not call taxis to come pick you up, and charge double the commercial fare for hotel cars. To add insult to injury, once the hotel driver dropped us off a good 100m from the location, at the bottom of a steep hill; we saw many same-size taxis drive up to drop their customers at the same restaurant! ||That said, this is our second stay in 2 years, and we will come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Dharamshala. The staff was courteous and attentive, and the service truly exceeded our expectations. ||||The food at THYM was a highlight of our trip—every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. It was easily one of our best culinary experiences in recent times. Overall, a memorable and relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

My recent stay at Hyatt residency, Dharamsala 3 nights 4 days was truly awesome from the moment. I arrived the warm, welcome. food and hospitality is very brilliant and special, thanks, Sujal for their extra effort to give best food and special late night dinner, Also brownie on demand. He is very brilliant , cooperative and humble. Hyatt residency, all staff member, very nice and humble, helping nature. and one more, thanks for Gardner, give me a flower, my daily Pooja. Hyatt regency hotel location, very peaceful and hotel view also nice . Thank you so much, all Hyatt residency staffs. God bless you all✨💫🤗

Our stay here was for 3 nights.|Check in was smooth and warm, in fact their front desk staff is always available and very helpful.| Rooms are comfortable and of adequate size but there’s constant noise you can hear if you’re staying at their rooms near the restaurant from their AC main unit. So we changed our room to the front of the hotel to escape the noise and smell.|Another low point is that their restaurant has a very limited menu but our server made sure to get us food made out of menu|Food was overall good |The bad experience I had was with their reservations team and the guards at their hotel gate, I wanted some changes made to my reservation but never received the call back despite calling twice.|Also since the hotel is at an incline and I have problem walking, sometimes it was a verbal jousting when you are taking an outside cab and want to be dropped at the porch. A real mood spoiler. |Will I stay here again- might not

The staff of the hotel don’t know how to treat a woman and they speak in rude way mentioning black and white. Treating the women in our culture is one of the most respected tradition. You are doing absolutely nonsense in dharamshala. I suggest the management to take stringent action on the rude and staff. If there is negative star rating, I would have made it negative five.
