We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Mastiff for five wonderful days, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the very beginning, the chef, the crew, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure every one of our desires and needs was fulfilled with professionalism and warmth. A special thank you to Mr. Anil Thakur, the hotel manager, whose leadership and attention to detail truly set the tone for our stay. Mr. Mohan, the restaurant and dining manager, ensured that every meal was a delightful experience, always attentive and caring. Miss Deepika, from customer relations, was exceptional in making sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. And of course, Miss Jyoti, the G.E.A, added her own personal touch of kindness and dedication. The entire team worked together seamlessly, and their genuine hospitality made us feel at home. We will definitely return next time and will wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Mastiff to our friends.

An exceptional stay at Mastiff Select Mandavya, Dharamkot! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained — perfect for a peaceful getaway in the hills. The food was immaculate — every meal was freshly prepared and full of flavour. It was one of the most pleasant stay of my life. Rooms were so spacious and clean, comfortable. All the staff were very humble, attentive & caring. Front office staff Parthik, Jyoti, Deepika, F&B staff Alisha, Mohan Singh were specially to be mentioned. A big thank to Chef Sanjeev for making our food delicious. Love the property. Thanks to all.

#samvadstories #dharamshala #mcleodganj #mcllo #dalailama We visited dharamshala to do a short meditation course at Tushita meditation center. It's a small sleepy area but it's big on the world map as the base of H.H Dalai Lama. There are hotels and lodges galore with high review ratings. We opted for something near our meditation center, looked good and was a new property. The experience with Mastiff Mandavya was great. Clean with spacious rooms and great view - it has it all. From borrowing umbrellas to booking cabs and requesting breakfast at 6.30, we fully tested Sooraj and Mohan at front desk. What prompted this review was the fine line that divides good from great. Once I had mentioned my allergies, the chief chef Sanjeev personally oversaw what was put on my table. Priya, Aliza and Ashish checked back with the kitchen multiple times on what could be customised and what couldn't. However what made it a #samvadstories. They altered the breakfast buffet to have more nut-free options for me. This was very touching. #ItsNotAPlaceItsAPeople# #AllergyFriendly#

This is one of the best properties I have ever been to. Everything was up to the mark. Rooms were neat and clean. Food is good. Most importantly staff is very cooperative. Special thanks to Anil Ji and Jyoti for their great gestures. Definitely coming back to this place soon.

Nestled away amidst the Deodar trees, this beautiful property is located in lower dharmkot. What makes it immaculate is the hospitality of the staff. The view from the rooms is to die for. Location wise it’s perfect if you are loooking for a peaceful getaway yet at closer distance to popular cafés and bhagsunag waterfall. I will definitely come back again. Special shout out to Jyoti and Parthik for ever at your service with a smile

I was looking for property in Mcleodganj but when i saw this hotel with review first i thought came in my mind may it’s fake review how come this property getting all positive review, when i talk with head Manneger and booked 6 rooms for my group. All loved this place , Anil sir. Chf Sanjeev Kumar Mohan personally taking care for all members Rest employees all r very good with guest and services is good , rooms washroom Every thing is near clean beautiful well mentained pea full all rooms with balcony Will love to visit again. Food is amazing buffet in breakfast lunch dinner was taste 100% best.
