The room service was outstanding – prompt, clean, and attentive to every detail, making the stay extremely comfortable. What truly made the experience even more special was the behavior of the staff. They were not just polite but genuinely warm and helpful. A special mention to Om Sir – his humble nature and ever-helping attitude stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. His dedication and kindness are rare to find. The hotel rooms are beautiful. The staff is very humble and cooperative. The cleaning procedure happens everyday and the hotel rooms are kept hygienic. The best part about Raja's Palace is the food..it genuinely is mouth watering and top notch!!! Om sir, Krishna sir and Sunil Bhardwaj sir are very sweet in nature and they make toh feel at home.
