OYO Hotel Mountain Trail

Worst experience in my life. There should be a board or display in front of hotel stating that " Not suitable for family or children" "Only for those who want to drink, Smoke or Hukkah lovers" Dirty blankets, rooms and toilets etc. It's not only to waste your money but also wastage of time and Mind Balance.

Rooms are neat and clean but they are not providing everyday cleaning service for ex.if you check in Thursday untill your checkout they didn't come up to clean the rooms and toilet. Canteen is attached with nominal price You can avail foods with minimum call and time. Care taker seems good and helpful in sometime

Good people with good hospitality. Stay was comfy and good. Middle of the market. Staff was very cooperative. Rooms were cheap, clean and spacious. I haven't taken any food here. But overall experience was very good.

Worst experience !! I had made booking through Make my trip. Check in on 5th June 2019 and checkout next day. But they bluntly refused to take any booking from MMT. We were stranded in a far away place without accommodation. After talking with customer care of OYO I got to know this property did not renew their contract. But why customer is at fault?? And why it is showing room on website. DONT BOOK THIS PLACE!! STAY AWAY!!

we got budget price for two nights stay there. very near to bhagasu mandir and waterfalls and 1 km from mall. rooms were clean, big balcony with warm sunshine. cherished the stay there. room service were good but need improvement.

Hotel Mountain trail is one of the best hotel available in Bhagsunag(McLeodganj, Dharmasala). The hotel has nice view of the upper doladhar range and and u can also gets some views of Triund trek/naddi trek. Coming on to hotel room service it was good and quick and management staff is also very helping. Coming on to room, the lacks a bit in vantilation in bathrooms although how room is spacious and has Led, wifi, Almira and 5 charging points also. Coming on to price room is bit economical for long stay with viewd and a bunch of amenities. The doesn't provide a complimentary meal for there guest. Ao that's why i am rating him 3 out of 5.i will be sharing some images so as i will be help u to decide for it.

The service and quality is amazing. I went to this hotel last year too. It was not upto the mark i would say. But the management is changed and the quality has drastically improved. Thank you for this wonderful time. We loved our stay. Everything including food quality was so amazing. We got a valley view room. Small, cozy neat and tidy rooms they have with amazing staff and nice service. I would love to visit this place time and again. Thank u again.

The property is still under construction and not safe for kids. No one answers the phone, room service doesn't function. We kept on calling to order breakfast but no one picked up the calls. The stairs do not have railings and has a straight drop of 2 floors which is risky for kids. The taps in the bathroom leak and the geyser doesn't function
