Negative rating should be given to this property. We booked premium rooms and I traveled with family including a young child. The washroom was choked , the basic amenities like almira , mirror hot water was missing. No cleaning happed for 2 days, every time the staff was busy in something else . When requested for room change as the toilet was choked and could not be used, we were given an option to use the washroom in the Empty room on 3rd floor whenever there is a natures call. The room is only as big as a double bed and one plastic table can fit in their. Please protect yourself and do not come here. I recently stayed at Shane Villa Residency for three nights, and it was a fantastic experience! The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. The hotel’s location is a major plus – it's within walking distance of the town center, making it very convenient. For anyone traveling from Dharamshala to McLeodganj, the hotel is ideally situated right on the way, just about 3 km out. One of the highlights was the mesmerizing view from the hotel rooftop. Since it’s east-facing, you get to witness a beautiful sunrise each morning – a perfect way to start the day! The staff was welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I’d highly recommend Shane Residency for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and scenic place to stay!

Hotel staff was good with healthy response and they were doing everything for the customers. The rooms were so clean and fresh . The price were also best. The hotel is 5/5

Location, staff behaviour, facilities, food, everything is just wonderful. Staff was very friendly, the rooms were large and tastefully Designed, the lobby and outdoor area was very beautiful...
