I booked this hotel because of its 4 star rating. It is a 4 star hotel but its facilities are worse than a normal 2 star hotel. Location is 2.5 km away from mall road. Rooms size is very small. Food is not upto the marks. Ac or heater os not available. Service was little bit okay. Overall experience is worse than the expectations.
