Worst hotel in manali. I never had any such an experience in any hotel. Not only me every guest present over there were having issues with the rooms as well as the staff. The staff is very rude. The rooms are dirty. The food is awful. The washrooms are unhygienic. Please avoid at any cost

The rooms here are neatly maintained. If you happen to stay here take the top floor rooms because they have a bedroom on top connected by stairs in the same room. The view of mountains will be amazing from the rooms. The rooms service is nice here but sometimes the plug point in the rooms get burnt-out. So don't use heavy voltage appliances and be careful while charging your phones.

Simply awesome. The rooms were neat and clean. Proper hygiene. The hotel staff is super polite. Especially the manage Aayush is always ready to serve at best. All one needs to do it book a room & they care of the rest. Not so very famous though but has wonderful ratings and that and we took a trial that turned out to be awesome.

We stayed 3 night there. First two breakfast and dinners are not at all satisfied as it was same manue repeated both days. But when we complained about it, Third day they gave us dishes as per our demand that was really good and made me review better. Rooms are average. Staff is good. You might not get any good view as under construction building is in front of hotel.

Room was good, but sometimes locks can be faulty, check before hand. DO NOT ORDER FOOD from the hotel. Its stale and the taste is not good. Service is ok and the view is not great. There is a building just infront of the hotel that blocks the view.

Worst ever hotel in Manali. No Travel Agent should book this hotel for their Guests. Just checked out with my friends. I bieng a travel agent got third class service. My booking was with MAP then also they charged for the sweet dish which was in their dinner menu. If some food which is in the menu gets over its hotels duty to serve it. I don't need to pay extra money. Then also they charged 600 extra. Moreover the hotel smells filthy. No proper service available. And in this cold weather its hotels duty to provide heater facilities. They also charged extra for heater. Travel Agents beware before booking here for your guests or else your guests will be 110% dissatisfied.

We stayed in Hotel Angel’s inn duplex room, Manali, in June 2019. And I loved staying there so I would recommend this property. The staff was extremely good, I have stayed with two very notorious kids and staff was really friendly with them, specially Mr. Kuldeep Surmall, he was really nice and friendly with me and my family. The rooms are very spacious and clean.||I would recommend to check this hotel, staff was genuine and friendly, food was tasty and room service was fast. What else do you need in a hotel, and hotel management help you to plan your trip or make changes as per your wish. Happy staying!||Thank you all at hotel angels inn, for making my trip relaxing and memorable 🙏🏻

We were 8 couples from Kerala, good stay with flower bed decoration and candle light dinner😍 Location is remote and they will charge you 500 for body heater, no room heaters available! Elevator was not working. Food was awesome... They've even provided free camp fire too.
