The room was quite descent but the blanket they provided was full of dust and which made is sick after sneezing the whole night. The service was also quite pleasant. The hotel’s proximity to Mall Road makes it convenient for us to explore local attractions. Despite its central location, the property provides a peaceful stay, offering value for money.  Overall, Snow Country Manali Hotel is highly regarded for its scenic views, and convenient location, making it a good choice for visitors to Manali.

Very good service by staff and also rooms is very good and hygiene. I’m reviewing this because of food, very delicious and variety in breakfast and also in dinner. Balcony view is also very cool

Arrange by so called KM tour.hotel staff was so rude pathetic during check out they will surprise you with illogical charges and please teach your staff if some guest request for basic amenity don't just say shop udar h ly aao 😅

The location of the hotel gives a pleasant view of snow peaks around. Maintained well and clean with free WiFi. The problem is morning you can't Starr it trip early because the breakfast time is 8am but they will be ready by 8.30 or 8.40 only. I have asked for serving dinner at room. But they said we have to come to dining hall downstairs only. Hotel in cold places provide dining at room option. But it is weired that this hotel doesn't keep that. Otherwise the food is good and delicious.

This hotel is very bad . We never go back to this hotel. Rooms service was very poor . food is not very good . Bathtub are broken . Chapaties are raw and not baked. Not sporl in carrying luggage. the experience of this was very worst.the talk very rudely . Request to everyone not visit and stay in this hotel . Manager behaviour was very rude . Bathroom sleeper was not available. Room service was very poor. This is the worst hotel of manali. Some people are smoking in hotel snow bird . Never never visit this hotel. Not provided bathroom towel.our money is wasted. Good reviews are fake of this hotel

We had a great time throughout our vacation at Snow Country. With spacious accommodations, the hotel is tidy and well-maintained. With a wide range of options at the buffet, the food was delicious. Furthermore, they made the food we requested out of generosity. The staff was prompt and quite polite.
