I m stay in this hotel for 3 night, best person are present, good behaviour of hotel management

Just 2 minutes walk from the Mall road. Hotel staffs were cooperative but had to ask them to change the sheets after checking into the room. Breakfast served was good.

I visited this hotel in the year end and I book a duplex room. Rooms were quite large and clean. Hotel is pocket friendly and Staff (Sanju bhai) has good nature and he saved our money by booking cab for us at nominal price. If I will go Manali again differently I’m going to stay at Sanju bhai hotel.

Disgusting smelly hotel. Dirty and smelly rooms. The floor is not even sweeped when we checked in. A person came on the second day and cleaned. The furniture is all dusty with cobwebs everywhere. Dirty bathroom walls and smelly. No hand wash only soaps. Bad service. The guy will only work if the manager is there. Otherwise he's very rude. They serve burnt toast for breakfast and Paranthas from a nearby hotel. Coffee is milky and the coffee powder is not even mixed. The guy has to sleep so won't even help with luggage. No room or facilities for drivers. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS POSTED ONLINE. The rooms are very much run down. DO NOT GO HERE.

It was a ok ok for me with that amount of rooms, hotel is very nearby mall road that is the only good factor. Further, room space are good but not that much clean, somehow you will get less clean bedsheet and all. The location is good and view from top floors are good. So finally, i will suggest not go with the higher prices.

Walking Distance From Mall Road Maximum 5 Minute's Away And The View From Hotel Balcony You Can See In Photo's 3. Room Also Cleaned And Washroom As Well.. 4. Best For Couple's & Group Of Friend's 5. Pocket Friendly 🤠 6. Facilities Like TV / Cleaning Room Every Morning / Hot Water For Take A Bath All Are Very Well Maintained.. So That's It All About Hotel Rock Sea...

I wish there is a option for rating in minus... Worst hospitality..no hygiene maintained. Bed sheets and mattress were dirty. Hotel staff and specially manager were very rude. They took the amount at check in time only and then denied to provide water, towels and any other general things which any hotel or lodge provides to the customer. Kitchen was not available too. When asked to provide a towel, they asked us to use our own towel. As the climate is cold and we were travelling from past week, our towels were wet. On telling this, they asked us to go to terrace and put our towels there. TV was working for 1-2 hours and then they disconnected it. Don’t go for this hotel. The staff and hotel management has no manners to serve the clients.

Great hotel with reasonable rates. The ambience of the hotel as well as the cleanliness of the rooms is upto the mark. The restaurant is decent. You also have an option of including breakfast in your room rent. The room has hot water geyser and a flat screen TV. Bed is also comfortable. They also provide a sofa chair in the room. In case you check out and want to keep your luggage the hotel people are kind enough to help you. The market is very close by at just 2 mins walk.
