Hotel Highway Inn

I had worst experience staying at this hotel. We stayed there for one night. The water heater was not working because the staff continuously off the main switch. There was no air ventilation for bathroom. Room and bedsheets were dirty. When we ask them to clean it they never did it and every time they used to say any excuse. The behavior of staff was also very rude.

It was great stay there. We stay 3 nights there and we just enjoy staying there because this hotel is in the heart of the city in Mall Road. You can spend your time just sitting in their balcony for long time.

Location of this hotel is just perfect and stuffs behaviour is also good . But they need to provide some bathroom slippers and shampoo, shops . Otherwise it's good .

I recently stayed at a hotel for 4 days, and my experience was excellent. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room quality exceeded my expectations with comfortable amenities and a pleasant ambiance. Although somewhere needs improvement like in service and Staff was quite good. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Thank you Hotel Highway Inn.

Staff are polite and generous 🙆compared to price room is clean and comfortable, budget friendly and relaxing,close to mall road etc

My experience with this hotel was really nice. The best thing about the hotel is it’s location, located at the centre of the Mall Road. Checking in & out was really smooth. I have tried most of the restaurants in Manali but the best food I ate was in this very own hotel. Rooms were clean, room service was really nice they used to clean our room everyday in the afternoon. No complaints made or faced. I don’t know about wifi or tv, never needed one on holidays. My whole squad had beautiful experience here. Plus the place is really cheap & best at this price.
