Everyone greeted us warmly whenever we passed by. Their attention to detail was remarkable—they even called us at 7 AM to let us know it was snowing outside!

I had an amazing stay at primo resorts. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and offered stunning mountain views, making the experience even more serene. The restaurant served delicious food with a variety of options that exceeded my expectations. A special mention to the front desk manager, resort manager, and the entire restaurant staff for their warm hospitality and impeccable service. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant getaway!

Absolutely loved the stay at Primo Resorts ... The view was absolutely stunning and so was their services .... Food was good except for on 31st night as we had paid for a Gala Dinner thinking it would actually be according to what the name stated, but we found the dinner on the other days much better than the dinner which was supposed to be "Gala Dinner". Do not have any complaints as such about our entire experience. Would recommend the place to our friends and family without a doubt.

Excellent property to stay. Super hygienic, extra clean property. Well equipped with all the facilities like a 4 or 5 star property. Spacious rooms and corridors. Amazing view from the balcony. Delicious food. Will totally recommend undoubtedly others to go for it.

The overall stay was awsm. The rooms were quite clean and spacious. Hotel staff was well behaved. We loved the food and buffet menu of the resort. The location is also excellent with amazing balcony views.

On of the best palace to stay in Manali. First class in service and very humbled and decent staff. Top class in hospitality service. And very neat and clean rooms with lovely interior and beautiful balcony view. Thanks to Mr B.S Thakur (Manager ) for maintaining this top class service. Must visit palace for everyone.
