Hotel Shagun

Was a good experience. Location is good near to Mall road as well as Hadimba temple. Staff is cooperative.. Good deal in low budget. Needs little bit improvement in cleanliness and amenities.

Worst service by the workers and the staff, they charged us for a dirty room plus the staff wasn’t available for the billing and the staff member chased us down for the keys which were in the room itself. Worst experience ever.

Such a worst experience. The new lady receptionist is such a rude person with no ethics at all even they charged me extra that too for a dirty room.

this is the finest hotel in manali i stayed over here for the 3rd time first in 2021,second 2023 june and now in december. why i always choose this hotel as the prices is very decent, the location is prime . you'll have a beautiful view of mountains from the hotel .. the owner hospitality is next level... the staff is very humble and quite good thank you

We r lucky that we have found this hotel and we stayed here for two days . Very well mannered customer service , Foods, room rent are all under budget . Specially rooms are very clean .. overall awesome experience in this hotel . They arranged transport service for us at very low price .
