Tripli Hotels Drilbu Manali

Excellent location, nice property. Stayed there for 4 nights, 2 rooms for 2 families. Recently renovated and tied up with Tripli. Can become a blockbuster if service levels are improved. Staff definitely needs a lot of training to deal politely with customers. They also need to get out of the mindset to cut corners and not irritate guests by making them place request for small things every now and then. I'll definitely visit again if feedback on their service improves.

I had booked the family room, and it was both spacious and excellent. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place!

The hotel needs proper maintenance. Food was average. There’s not enough staff in the property. No towels were provided in the room, we had to ask for it separately and got it after waiting for more than 2 hours. Hot water was a major issue. There was no geyser/hot water throughout our stay, except for maybe an hour in the morning. Had to call them repeatedly for the water issue and get it fixed. However, it still stopped working after few mins and we had to use cold water instead. The only good thing about the hotel is it’s proximity to Mall road. Our overall stay was quite inconvenient. Wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent Stay and Dining Experience!” I had an amazing time at this hotel! The food at the restaurant was exceptional, and what’s even better is that it’s much cheaper compared to other options in the market. The location is perfect – just a short walk to Mall Road, making it super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room service was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

The location is ok. You have to climb up. Plus no heating whatsoever. We were provided a so called heater at a charge of 400rs per night. It hardly helped. It snowed heavily that night Manali. I had a child with me. The water coming from the tap was yellow. Someone else has posted a picture in the reviews. It was exactly like that. The bedsheets were unclean. Next day when we requested the porter to keep our bags in the car, he just stood there staring. Zero for hospitality Zero for overall experience Zero for bed cleanliness We moved to a better place the next day. Will not recommend this to anyone

The property is absolutely amazing. I had a great stay with them. The staff was very kind and generous. Their service is also excellent. If it wasn’t for work I would have stayed more than 2 days. Booking this again whenever I come back to Manali.

The staff truly stood out—they were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Also, I arrived very early in the morning, yet they provided a warm welcome and facilitated a seamless check-in. I highly recommend the Manila Hotel for anyone seeking top-notch service and an overall wonderful stay.

Exceptional hospitality of Mr. Ajit and impeccable service! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Clean, comfortable rooms and fantastic amenities.
