I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the spa services were top-notch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure! I especially liked a staff member named Padam Singh😘, whose nature was extremely humble and very pleasant. Heartfelt thanks to the hotel team for making me feel at home.

We stayed at Yaato Retreat for 3 nights and had an amazing experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, and the staff was extremely friendly and cooperative. A special thanks to Satpal for his humble nature and excellent coordination throughout our stay. Thank you, Yaato Retreat! We will definitely visit again!

We recently stayed at Yaato Retreat in Manali, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel has a beautiful ambiance, and the all-glass doors in the mountain-facing rooms provide stunning views of the surrounding landscape. One of the best parts of our stay was the breakfast and dinner included in our package. Both meals were served buffet-style, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The food quality was excellent, making every meal enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We had a great experience with room service, as they assisted us promptly, even during late hours. Their hospitality truly made our stay more comfortable. Overall, Yaato Retreat is a great place to stay in Manali. Whether it's the breathtaking views, delicious food, or outstanding service, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manali.

I stayed with family about 7-8 months ago at  Yaato Retreat (Manali ) and my experience was far from what I had expected. The rooms which are shown in the photos and which have a good view from there, those rooms were promised to be given which they did not fulfill, they said that before you some other couple has come and those rooms will be allotted. Either you should not say yes or else don't agree after coming from such a long and tiring journey. Unfortunately, we all fell ill, In which my 1.5 year old daughter also suffered, they charged extra for the heater which is one of the basic amenities. There are such rules posted behind the gate that you have to stay in that hostel, very funny. Will someone come here to follow the rules or to spend 2 days away from the city life in peace and quiet? The staff's behavior was good but The girl sitting at the reception, who was probably the owner herself, had such an attitude and was so rude, she spoke rudely to every person in the family, Why did her so much attitude? We didn't come for free to your place ma'am, so much rudeness, which ruined the rest of our trip. In the room had an unpleasant smell and made us sick. The blanket provided had a foul odor, adding to the discomfort. The remaining gap was completed by the view that a half building with construction was visible from our room. Additionally, at that time the food served was subpar and contributed to our illness. My brother vomited at least ten times after consuming the food and water. Overall, the stay was not worth it at all. I have never given such negative reviews for anyone before, but if we don't get any peace even after going so far away from home, then it is useless, That's why it was important to tell you these things so that everyone can be made aware. I have not posted this review yet but will have to do it now. Don't go with the reviews, hum bhi yahi sab padh kr aaye the, After going there These people come forward in their own way. Because at that time we don't have any other way. so Think before you go here.
