One of the best family hotel to stay in Katra, Jammu. If you plan to visit Vaishno Devi. You must visit and stay at this hotel because every needful items are nearby. All staff is very courteous and humble. Specially thanks to Mr. Pradeep Sharma and Anil Sharma to make this trip very easy.

Hotel King is located at Katra bus stand and that is the most favorable thing about this hotel. The hotel is good in maintaining cleanliness. There is no lift facility. Hot water available all the time. Room service is poor. Telephone never works. Television is just for show. Air conditioning is good. The thing is that if you are here for vaishnav mata Darshan all you need is a decent place to stay, not even stay just for a sleepover, and you don't want to waste your money on costly hotel then this is the place where you should be going.

Hotel is fine location wise. Staff is fine. As the place is visited by many people cleaning is a issue at most of the hotels. Still this hotel is good for 2-3 days' visit.

Electricity Light issue sometimes and do check bathroom windows before check in staff is nice and helpful and humble also rooms are ok ok but the hotel atmosphere is very hectic and noisy guests are screaming and complaining about geysers all in all it was not an appropriate stay but in the budget of just 600 it was not to bad.

NICE STAFF AND ALSO MUST MASALA TEA . FROM LAST MANY YEARS I AM STAY IN THIS HOTEL INTERCOM AVAILABLE ALL TIME NOW WIFI ALSO WORKING ON 2ND FLOOR. MUST TRY. Owner is very cooperative and familiar nice and great person

Very very disaster. So disappointed. Electricity problem. Intercoms dead, wifi problem, hotel staff is like. Abhi theek krwate hai. But they do nothing.

I had booked my room through goibibo and when i showed them the reciept they told that there are no rooms available.they told that when we will come back next day early morning they will give us the room but again they told that no rooms are available.rude staff
