Aayna palace

I recently stayed for three nights at Aayna Palace in Katra, Jammu, and it was an excellent experience. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. During my stay, there was a strike in Katra, but the hotel seamlessly arranged food and cabs for my travel plans, making the situation stress-free. What impressed me the most was their flexibility—despite checking in almost four hours early, they didn’t charge me any extra fees. The amenities were top-notch, and the hotel offered great value for money. Whenever I travel to Katra in the future, Aayna Palace will definitely be my first choice. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable stay, and affordable pricing.

Worse hotel we have seen in our entire life: We booked 2 rooms in this hotel via make my trip well in advance. our observations are 1. The location of the hotel is very interior. No restaurent or other facilities nearby. 2. Parking area itself is a Garbage area stinking a lot. very difficult for hatchback or sedan to park in the area, which require crossing a open drain 3. Room provided are in pathetic condition, no Geyser, electrical switches, TV, water etc 4. Entire room including bathroom was stinking a lot. We could not sleep for even an hour in that condition 5. Meals (including) milk was provided in polythene bags. 6. Staff is very rude and careless. We had to carry our lugguage on our own to third floor 7. Bed linen (including blanket) was very dirty and smelling very bad. 8. Moreover, one staff told informally that the room charges are 600 Rs if booking done offline, for which we paid Rs. 3000 to MakeMyTrip.

Worst hotel in my life i have had. Very bad service and bad people currently in the management. If you don't have online booking with them don't plan on going there.
