They make their man stand one fat man having big hair he will commet at railway station they will provide best service but everything is fake this hotel is very bad. They ask more money for rooms saying they will provide taxi to banganga and railway station. But at they time of checking out they simply denied saying you have checked out from room now we will not provide taxi (i think for going to railway station we must need to check out , without checking out how we can go to railway station) Basically they are looting people agar minus me review points hote to hum wo hi dete. I request SDM katra to please look into it and cancel their licence based on people reviews Don't ever come to this hotel Thnx

The staff was not mannered ,bedsheets were used the wall charging points were not working ,geyser was not working ,bathroom was in very bed condition.Not at all recommended.

Hotel Staff Service was very poor, also they promissed to pickup and drop from banganga but refused when required.

It is a good hotel and the receptionist is so humble. However rooms require more cleanliness specially under the bed. The reach for Mata mandir is quite far but has a good environment. The hotel management has to stop the hawker to enter the hotel for sale of their products. Overall, it was an ok experience.
