NillRooms are absolutely dingy, services are delayed & location is in the colony where no parking is available. Absolute worst service in terms of cab, they want payment first and will take you out later. Front desk staff is absolute garbage who takes no responsibility. We had booked room one day & asked for extension for next day. They said they would provide. Last moment they said they cannot provide. We had to find hotel in the last moment.

NillI would not visit again. Rooms and food are okayish. The major downside is hotel staff and management. Customer's convenience does not matter to them. Beds were not clean and could clearly see hairs and stains on bedsheets. When complained, they simply said "These are permanent stains and they recently make the bed. Then explain the hair on bed and under quilt?? basic amenities like sealed mineral water bottles, dental kit etc not available. Bathing and hand soap were same. When comes to payment, they only asked for cash; No card or UPI. When we said that every other hotels accept card, and should be standard way to pay, they didn't co-operate at all and just kept saying that card machine does not work in katra. When we said that we have been to karta before and every other hotel takes cards, they didn't budge and were borderline rude about it. Bill was simply on piece of notepad. so, you can guess why they didn't want online transaction. I would not visit second time.

NillStay Date: October 2 Rating: 5 out of 10 1. Staff Behavior: The staff's behavior was excellent. They communicated well and explained everything clearly. They even dropped us off at the RFID card center near the bus stand, which was a nice touch. (9/10) 2. Room Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was satisfactory. However, the maintenance seemed to be lacking for a while, as several items like the chair and switches were damaged. (6/10) 3. Food Quality: We ordered the Punjabi Thali. Despite clearly requesting no capsicum in the mix vegetable, they still added it and also we denied for mix veg in one plate but they still served our friend's request. The mix veg was poorly prepared; the potatoes were undercooked. The paneer dish was just okay and didn’t justify the price. The dal makhani had a strange aroma, making it less appealing. The rice was served cold, which was quite disappointing. The chapati was decent. (3-4/10) Overall Summary: If you're looking for a place to stay, it's acceptable if you can overlook some issues. However, I wouldn't strongly recommend it. If you plan to visit during the Navratri season, I suggest booking online, as we noticed offline bookings were charged an additional 400-500 rupees compared to online rates. (5.5/10)

NillThere was some foul odour in the Room, The room size is small , so don't just go with pictures. Placed Dirty white towels which turned almost brown from the centre. Luckily I'd brought mine. So my advice is to carry your own towels for hygiene purposes. No toiletries provided. At these rates, this hotel is a bit overpriced.

NillRooms were fantastic, service was very good, only thing was it was so cold, a heater would be great than an Air Conditioner. They even had a maruthi van to drop us near the station for free. They bring us any food without service cost. I recommend it.
