Good size rooms. Service requires improvement as we had to call reception even for a bottle of drinking water. The restaurant service was not good enough for the hotel class. Though we had breakfast and dinner included in our tariff, we didn't find food items available when we went to the restaurant. They make us wait for long to get some food items. Also the menu had very few items and was found repetitive almost all days. The hotel location is fine for easy reach to the railway station.

The Hotel is located at the prime location in city. Food is good and the staff is also guest friendly . Mr Anik is very help full. Pickup drop facility's also available. Main market also very neat to this hotel. Room service was very nice. Thank you team Evoke.

Worst hotel in the nice location. Check the washrooms before you check in. Rooms are dirty and untidy. Service is bad. You have better hotels around this hotel at better price.

We had a good experience staying in this hotel. We booked 4 rooms for 2 days. The location is good and rooms are also clean. Food was also good. Thank you Mr. Anik for your service.We booked the rooms with MAP plan. The breakfast and dinner was buffet and tests was good.

recently stayed in the hotel, the rooms are good enough, just faced a bit of clog in bathroom. No issue with hot water. we didnt take food so no idea on that. The rooms had no heater but do have coolers for hot weather. it was a nice stay and the market area is also nearby.

We had booked the hotel looking at the picture Our experience was very bad,from the time of checking, .No one to help us with our luggage and even the receptionist afterchekin said to carry our luggage to 3rd floor Rooms were not cleaned proper, our room had gutkha stain and bathroom with hairs AC control were not given hence difficult to increase the temperature. The electric kettle was too dirty and not at all usable. After request also, nothing happened Restaurant was ok,don't expect anything great, as all people leave early for Darshan. We felt it'll after taking food, Note- They don't use onion and garlic in their preparation Overall, at this price you can find better options with better service and food

Good and spacious rooms. The food here is very good. The manager in front desk was a bit rude but Mr Hari Mishra sorted things out and was very helpful. Overall the staff is friendly and helpful
