Hotel Vipul Palace

Staying at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. The staff is not just rude but outright abusive, with no idea how to treat guests properly. They failed to provide timely pick-up and drop-off services, making the whole experience even worse. I would advise the owner to either shut down the hotel or replace the entire staff immediately. Such disgraceful behavior and service are inexcusable. It was the worst experience I've ever encountered.

I was booking this hotel for last 5-6 year. Over the time period they failed to maintain rooms now. Lot of bed bugs and Tiny cockroaches.

Service is not optimum, rooms are spacious but poorly maintained. Bugs and Cockroaches are roaming freely inside the rooms.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. I have pre-booked my rooms around 3 months earlier and when i came to the hotel I was told that my room was allotted to someone else because my train was late and i couldnt check in on time . We had booked 3 rooms and they were given on different floors and one had no AC. Also the behaviour of staff was very rude especially with women . We had a very unpleasant experience and were not at all happy with the stay.

Owner abused me while checking out in front of kids and family members. Cons - 1. AC's would not work in Night. They give excuse that electricity was not there whole night. Its their trick. I checked in another hotel in which other family members stayed and AC's were working. 2. Car parking is very critical issue here. They always ask for keys and their car handling is very dangerous for your car. Your car end up with scratches. Dont park in their compound. 3. Stay away from agents. They take you to this hotel. Because Hotel already have a bad reputation. 4. They dont even provided bathroom towels, toileteries like soap, roll etc etc. We definitely made a wrong choice. Sharing this review so that others wont suffer during their visit to Mata Vaishno Devi ji.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hotel due to the uncooperative staff. Despite booking in advance, I encountered nothing but frustration during check-in. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing any form of assistance.

To towels and water available. Glasses are dirty. The room was very neat and clean. Telivision was not working, after a complaint they fixed it but after some time it stopped working .

Recently book a hotel through online booking sites , but the experience turned into a nightmare. Despite confirming my reservation, upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that they had no record of my booking. The staff were unapologetic and unhelpful, leaving us stranger with no accommodation late at night. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and I urge others to avoid booking in this unreliable hotel . Terrible service and a complete waste of time and energy."
