I RECENTLY STAYED AT THIS HOTEL ROOM NO,103 106 AND HAD FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE . THE CHEAK IN PROCES WAS SMOOTH,AND THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY THEY PROVIDE PICKUP AND DROP SERVICE . IT WAS NOT FAR FROM RAILWAY STATION & BUS STAND, THE HOTEL ROOM WAS CLEAN .OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE

Service is very delayed .... Even After asked to Clean the room it was very delayed ..... My Suggestion to all ..just don't get trapped by the image uploaded in internet ..

Have been to soo many hotels, but this was the worst of them all. Stayed there for 2 nights, the receptionist was rude, not listening. The light was not working in the bathroom,the bedsheet was dirty and even asking for several times, they didn't change. Food was included in the package but they started making the food, when we reached to eat it. The service was really bad, not recommended. The only good thing was one of the service guys who was serving the food.

Room no. 208,209. Date of booking- 12th march 2024. Dirty rooms Pathetic service Location is also very far from market. Auto will take around rs 300 to take you there. Room cleaning was not available after 1700 hrs and most of their staff leave by the time.... Rooms are decent enough for two Food is good ....try daal and paneer Nearby you'll get a tailor, fruit vendor, barber and grocery shop. In the same lane there are few more hotels which were looking occupied ours was empty 😂

This is a budget hotel, only walkable from the place where the buses drop you. Banganga (the place from where the Vaishno Devi yatra starts) is bit far from the hotel, however there is free pick-up and drop available to the guests. Don't expect anything fancy here, however good as a place to have a decent shower and sleep as the amenities are worth the price. Recommended for families as well. Minusing 1 star as there was issue with the availability of hot water.

Hotel room 213 was stinking due to dampness. Bedspreads, towels we're not changed on daily basis. Cupboards we're not in good condition. Except the location other factors were mot satisfactory.
