Worst hotel in katra, Prem Palace staff is very roude behaviour, Nirmaan is the boy who took coustomer for the hotel and Ajay is the manager of this hotel, they both are lootere. Kindly nobody will go in this Prem Palace hotel

There was the worst experience that ever I had experienced.Here the staff behavior was so rude.They all are greedy and not will provide facilities as they charged you.They are scammers just avoid to go there.Thank you.
