Dirty rooms and behaviour was so wrong with guest please dont stay at this hotel 😡😡😡

Its Hotel Maharani, Banganga Road, Katra (Vaishno Devi) J&K. Worst experience in my life to stay in this hotel I just Book for 3 days but lefts in Just one Hour. The Manager is soo rude to you. They will lie about all hotel services. No heat water comes, Even if you ask for a extra towel they will not provide to you, Tv will not work properly they lie to you just keep on the tv after few times channel will starts but reality is nothing works. At the third floor rooms the landline will not work after booking if you complain to them they will just ignoring to you. So Choose wisely. Jai Mata Di

This is the first time I have experienced such a bad thing in any hotel, there is no culture of talking, there is no facility, only talking rudely or abusing. It is very unsafe for the family, my biggest request is to avoid going to this hotel.
