OYO 10622 near Bus Stand

Polite and professional staff, however we noticed some improvement opportunities. There was not lift so our elder family members had little trouble in climbing stairs. Few rooms lacked ventilation so it was suffocating. Rest all was good.

The place is budget for money. Even cleanliness was too got. Service was not that much appropriate. When i visited there wifi service is not working. Even market menu is much cheaper than the hotel menu. But if u visited in vaishnodevi i must recommended to buy this. I have ordered tea and sandwich in breakfast it was properly grilled but again prices are too high so for staying purpose it was very good.

Worst hotel ever. The manager is very rude, he thinks he is the owner there. There was no cleanliness or hygiene maintained in the hotel. AC was not working properly. There were leaks everywhere in the Bathroom. You can get much better Hotels at cheaper price and good manager

They are big fraud ,they are saying they dont accept online booking we have to pay in cash also receptionist person is very bad he is very rude if you are coming with family dont consider this hotel

You can not find a better hotel at this location at a very reasonable price. ||||The Hotel staff is very helpful and will guide you through every little thing be it delivery of food or any query regarding your stay. ||||We booked a Tempo traveler from here at cheap price and the driver was also nice. ||||Overall a good stay and we always book this hotel whenever we go to Vaishno Devi.||||5/5 for Location||4.5/5 for room condition||4.5 for Room service

I think it is the worst hotel in Katra...Only location is the plus point..No hygiene, dirty mattress, dirty floors, really the worst..Totally disgusting...No ventilation in rooms also the electricity cut in every seconds and you go to reception ask for generator...Its really really bakwass hotel..Dont book ever👎

This is a decent place to stay at Katra as most of the tourists are pilgrims of Maa Vaishno Devi. Best thing with this hotel is it's location which is near to Bus stand and at the main Chowk of Katra. The hotel facilities are ordinary but the rooms are clean. When I visited, their chef was not present but you will not face problem in food because of its location.
