This hotel has given me the worst experience. This Hotel is not providing the basic Amenities ex. Dental Kit, Oil ..etc. Room quality is just Ok. I will not recommend this hotel. I can say hotel restaurant service is good

Our stay in Maharaja Inn Hotel at KATRA with our friends and family was. This hotel not complies norms of star Flies, cockroaches and spiders are buzzing in the rooms and in the bathroom . Bathroom gate lock is broken. Electric Kettle is not placed in the Room. Complimentary Tea Coffee is not provided. Staff Service is all well but room facilities are bad. .

We stayed at Maharaja Inn Hotel at KATRA with our friends and family on 25th June. Website shows this hotel as a three star hotel but this hotel is NOT like a Single star. Spider webs are coming in the rooms. Flies are buzzing in the rooms and in the balcony. Bathroom gate lock is broken. Electric Kettle is not placed in the Room. Complimentry Tea Coffee is not provided. Staff Service is all okay but room facilities are bad.

Dirty Rooms, not cleaned for weeks. At a place like Vaishnodevi pilgrims plan to start early but the kitchen itself will not open by 7:30.
