I have booked room there staff was polite. I check in 12 am. I have checked out at 10 pm in evening same day due to my train schedule after reaching railway station I came to know train reschedul for 5 am so I return back in 30 minutes and check in again is same condition room but during check out 4 am they charged 300 extra that was not fair

Rooms are neat and clean. Staff is very attentive and provide round the clock room service. Food is good. Close to main Katra chowk and shrine board offices.

The hotel is decent and clean and is located at one of the best locations in Katra, very close to the bus stand and near the main market. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is cooperative.

Rooms which are shown in pictures are not actually are same,according to price room is not sufficient geyser is not working,water is not clean, washroom is unhygiene, glass and jug also not clean ,on bed there is hair of some one may be after checkout they have not changed the bedsheet, car parking is 2,3km away from they hotel.
