Had a very good experience here in terms of stay. Everything was great except the behavior of one of the managers because of whom we missed our battery car and had to walk the whole distance to Vaishno devi temple. It was good but became a little too overwhelming for elders of the family. The manager made us wait for the drop to base point even when we were on time as per the booking due to which we reached late to battery car pickup point and missed it.

Good hotel for a stay in Katra. But the surroundings are not up to the mark. Katra being a high volume pilgrim center, is very dirty and has no visibility of cleaners from the Municipality. The restaurant staff are leaning more towards big groups than individual customers. But the counter staff are courteous and were very helpful. If a piece of advice is given to Restaurant staff for better customer service, then it is a nice hotel to stay.

Great location you get the clear view Trikut Hill where maa vaishno devi cave. Staff was very polite and helpful. Hosue keeping staff was also good. Pick and drop service was also not like other hotels. Really love it. Just need to work check in and check out timings.

Great place to stay. The team here had allowed us to extend as we had to get refreshed after our check out time. They also helped us in our Mata Vaishno Devi visit.

hotel is average i told staff to cleaning my room whn i went to chadhai vaishno devi . they didnt. do that room phone was disturb food quality were average limited brekfast menu staff is so lazy even restrorent manager also straight forword to talk . so need to improve on points

I have stayed here for Vaishnodevi Temple Darshan. Hotel is centrally located and around 1.5 km away from local bust stop. Hotel staff is attentive. Also they provide one way complementary shuttle to Banganga. They serve Veg food which is so delicious. Overall I liked the stay.

We are called to manager but Manager also not take seriously regarding breakfast quality. The breakfast quality is very very bad. bad bathroom & washroom was not clean. Bad experience, don’t recommended to any one . Service was very poor . 3 star property. Service was also not good.
