Best budget hotel in katra , we found it online . Owner Mr chaman is very polite and humble person , doing book from him for our guest from last 3 years , proudly I will say that I never had hear a single complaint . Best thing they provide free drop for banganga and helipad

Very rude behaviour. I called at night in the reception for asking rooms. The receptionist said YE KOI TIME HOTA HAI CALL KARNE KA. If you don't want to attend calls, why are you sitting in the reception? Why do you have a telephone? very rude receptionist at night duty.

it was worst experience with this hotel. I never recommend this hotel to anyone. They will attract you with offer price then you have suffer. Owner of this property I think talk with you in very disrespectful way even you are with female. He only look for money and their guide name is Shamsher talk to you in higher tone . Staff behavior was also not good. Worst experience in katra just Because of this hotel

I wanted to give half star but there is no option for this. This hotel is fraud. They only want your hard earned money in easy way. Poor service Staff behavior: rude Room : dirty Even they talk in abusive language if you say something against them. Firstly I will recommend to try another property., you can easily find better hotel even with less price. They even say they don't care about police because they have some connection their as well. Thanks to tourism police katra who is helping tourist to tackle every situation wisely. Don't go for this hotel Worst experience
