Hotel sai mahal

Extremely bad experience, very bad service and maintenance, we stay in a room with dirty wall, the worst experience was we came back from Vaishno Devi , after 18 hours journey (we walk all the way and one of the member got back pain so we became late) we came back to the hotel and want some time to rest, even if there was no other booking they forced us to vacant the room even if we agreed to pay extra.

Sai Mahal Hotel in Vaishno Devi was like finding a hidden gem in the mountains. The room was cozy and clean, with a mata rani mountain view that made waking up feel like a blessing. we were total 10 people and booked 5 room for 2 days.The hospitality was top-notch; the staff treated me like family, always ready to help with a smile. Hotel is great. Well maintained and clean rooms. Staff were also very supportive and helpful. Highly recommend to people who are looking for good hotel in Katra.

My experience was good. Rooms good with all facilities as your requirement. Comfortable beds, Hot water available, space of room is good. Service as early they provide both side of pick and drop but this time not possible as per short of staff. Location near Yatra Slip office 2. Road was little bit narrow so you took auto or van rest all vichel should be out side parking.

Stayed for 2 days. Had another booking for family 10 days later that too in advance. The staff is really good and friendly. Both the managers are well behaved. Room service is just amazing. The view outside the window is WoW!! (check images in my comment) Hotel is clean and tidy. Have really good wifi . 1.5MBps i got on youtube playback. Hotel food is damn good!! Pick and drop service from station, hotel ,vaishno devi. Have travel options to shivkhori, patnitop etc. Hotel definitely Recommended !!

I visited Katra in January 1st week and it was nice experience. Nice hotel and cooperative staff.. Manager Rakesh is very humble and supportive. Location is also good and nearby to bus stand and railway station. Walking distance to yatra parchi counter. Pick up and drop facility is available for railway station. Would love to visit again.
