I visited holiday inn for breakfast though I was late for breakfast buffet they suggested me ala carte dishes I ordered cheese masala dosa and ABC juice. I must say, the dosas were absolutely exceptional-thin, crispy, and bursting with flavor. They were so good that I couldn't resist having a word with the chef. Chef Prity Ram, but also shared her passion and dedication to maintain quality which is truly commendable. She definitely added some charm to my experience I have never had such dosa before. I will surely visit the place again

I think the over all Experience was very pleasing right from the checkin process which was very well managed by Abhishek & Vishal who where very prompt and more importantly friendly in their behaviour. The in room dining and the Services at the restaurant was also good with staff like Satvik and Vicky taking care of all the requirements and ensuring the food was customised to our expectations. The housekeeping and laundry service was also good with some seniors like Anand supervising things very closely. Last but not the least, the checkout process was equally good with Ankit doing his job promptly.

I recently had stayed at IHG Katra and it was amazing hospitality throughout the period which kept me talking about them. I could see genuine effort by the new team who is all ready to establish the brand in the region. Apart from this, as expected rooms were great with nice views at an awesome location and a wide spread of breakfast menu which nowhere seems to be missing anything. Having stayed with IHG across the globe, it’s certainly a pleasure to see them setting up in Katra too and would strongly recommend this as a first best option to stay here. Special mention to Mr. Mudit for all the attention and utmost care for guests which is heart-warming. Do keep up the spirit and stay as it is in long run to make a mark with everyone staying there!

Had a fantastic experience. The staff were warm and always eager to help. The fully vegetarian restaurant deserves special mention—it served delicious meals that were fresh and thoughtfully prepared, adding to the overall experience. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the railway station, made getting around very convenient. A wonderful stay I’d gladly recommend!
