Bloom Hotel - Katra

I am one of the frequent traveler to Katra for Vaishnodevi darshan. Having stayed in most of the famous hotels in Katra, I was very happy to see bloom hotel group have finally opened a very good hotel in Katra right on the main road which goes to the bus stand and Yatra gate. Beautifully designed like other bloom hotels in Delhi, Goa and Bangalore the overall design and details are perfect. This even you expect from bloom hotels but one thing which stand out is great well trained staff from the head of the hotel Suman, Chef Lakhan, Sahil, Rahul and other staff of housekeeping, front office and restaurant. The level of hospitality is awesome, very customer centric approach in the way they deal with the guests. The food was also very tasty when you talk about the breakfast the overall spread was very tasty and having everything like in other premium locations. The rooms have shrine view, good space, cloud bed, clean toilets, tv with OTT and YouTube. You name it overall stay during Navratri was spectacular. I will be only staying in this hotel in my coming stays also, thank you HM Suman and entire team for turning moments into memories. Well Done 👍😊😍😀

It was an amazing stay at Bloom's Katra, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! I stayed here twice along with my family and the staff was very warm and welcoming. Starting right from security staff to desk staff to manager everyone was very courteous and helpful. The check-in process was smooth. The rooms were very clean and simply decorated. The amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable bed to the delicious restaurant. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, with an option of buffet breakfast which all of us loved. Cloak room facility and free parking was available on site. The location of the hotel is just perfect wherein it stands between the Katra market and everything nearby is accessible by walk. Overall, our stay at Bloom's Katra was nothing short of perfect and would surely love to stay again. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay and exceptional service before or after your yatra, this is the place to be!

|Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service at Bloom Hotel and cafe Katra||Our stay at Bloom Hotel during our Vaishno Devi pilgrimage was exceptional. The front office manager, Saahil, was courteous and attentive, always ensuring that all our needs were met during our stay. We also had a wonderful experience at the Bloom Cafe, where the staff member Gurjeet and the managers of cafe Ashok, and Sanjeet, made our breakfast a delight. They served with a smile and ensured we were comfortable throughout the meal, which made a great start to our day. The combination of great service and warm hospitality made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Katra!

Bloom Hotel Katra, near yatra parchi walking distance 3-5 minutes. Hotel is wonderful on very brilliant location. Modification & Yellow-White theme makes a hotel so attractive, rooms are so beautiful & comfortable.|You should definitely have breakfast there on ground floor in bloom cafe. Cafe is wonderful neat and clean hygienic so wonderful staff.|I would like to mention the name of Mr Gurjeet Singh Team Leader in Hotel, he treat us like his family no attitude no vanity I'm very thankful to him the way he guides us for darshan and any other place we wish to visit he explained us with so much love. Thankyou boss thanks for your guidance 🥰🥰. Will visit again.||Recommended this hotel to all.||Thanks to bloom for bloom stay.

Bloom is such an excellent place to stay with the family or solo travelers also.they are giving absolutely five star services at a much lesser price point. Everyone from the security at the front door, all the service was extremely helpful.I want to add that it’s designed so aesthetically & beautifully. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! :) I specially give thanks to Mr Gurjeet Singh for his concern. Also they provide us with a healthy and nutritious breakfast.

Bloom Katra location is very good, staff is courteous and respectful special mention to Sahil, Gurjeet ,chef lakhan and Ashok . I will only stay with Bloom on my visit yo Vaishno Devi . Great experience 😊recently stayed at (bloom katra), and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future

Great location and aesthetically so pleasing. Courteous & responsive staff. Only couple of things because of which I gave a 4 - Safe for one of our rooms was not working and one of the cupboard handles was broken. Other than that it was really good and WiFi was good too.
