Hotel New Blue Sapphire Katra

Brilliant stay, i have stayed here for 2 odd days. Location is very near to railway station (850 meters) which means you can reach by walk. If you book via agoda, MMT etc etc they won’t provide pickup n drop service. Food at this stay is also good. Rates is high but one can try once. Service is very very good. Hot water & AC is also available. Check in is at 12 & check out is at 1pm. After checkout you can keep your bags n luggage at reception area and can go out and come back after your work in city.

Hotel location is pretty good with parking facility. Hotel is good with budget pricing. But I didn’t like one thing as at the time of booking they said free pik/drop to Baan Ganga and Market. But after Check-in they said driver is not available now. This kind behaviour was not expected.

Budget and friendly hotel We spent 3 nights in hotel,friendly and helpful staff.hotel is located in the main road near to bus stand and railway station.Mr Rohit is a great person also helped us for the taxi..

Geyser not working, always messing up orders, service is terrible.AC not working. Balcony not clean.food orders delayed by 2 hours.TV not working.had no option as no star so gave 1 star.never seen this type of hotel.I would never recommend this hotel ever.almost 1 whole night their was no light.

I have visited katra at the end of may , stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and it was the worst experience 1) there were RATS and COCKROACHES in our room 2) we booked 2 rooms for a family of 4 , only 1 room had AC , the other room had a tiny ac that too was throwing thermocol when switched on 3) there was no landline available in room , so you cant reach reception, we had to go down 2 floors just to ask for water 4) they gave us number to reach out to but didnt pick up the call 5) we booked hotel blue sapphire , but they checked us in at hotel new blue sapphire and please dont be deceived by the rating of this new hotel , it is really BAD 6) our parked car (brand new) was heavily scratched by someone , which was just outside their reception area Please do not book this hotel

Just had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff is a very cooperativeive. They made all necessary arrangements for Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan . Even the location of the hotel is very much near the railway station. Highly recommended for staying during Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan.
