Decent hotel. Bathroom is spacious with very large geyser but the drain lids were rusted and looked ugly which made the washroom experience little off but not a deal breaker for budget stay. The staff was polite and helpful tea coffee services were quick. Didn’t try hotel food. Location is great for new tarakoti route. Staff helped and arranged taxi for Shiv khori temple. They didn’t charge extra when we got significantly late for check out. Recommended for budget stay.

Location is the only plus point for this hotel. If you want a budget hotel and only need a few hours to get a sleep before and after visiting Vaishno devi temple, then it is okay. Don't expect this hotel restaurant to have anything for you.

The staff gave us help with our luggage and took us to such an underwhelming room. The beds were fine but the bathroom was disgusting and unhygienic. The location was mediocre and so was the rest of the hotel except the breakfast. Those paratha’s were the silver lining of this place and it honestly surpassed our expectations. But it was not enough the change it’s 2 star rating.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the view from balcony. Didn't had food so nothing to say but overall it was a decent place to stay.

Rooms are good. Toilets are neat and clean. The electrical equipment is old like ac and fans are only running on 5 number. But the hotel is budget friendly. They will mot ask any advance. Also provide toiletries. Blanket and bedsheet are kind of clean.
