I like the place and the service was quite good! Hot water available! Vehicle pick up and drop facility available, food was good and quite reasonable. We haven't booked the hotel before after completing our yatra at 12:15 am we booked this room in instant which is amazing as we're so tired. Location was so close to the station and overall a good experience.

Rooms were big but due to old hotel, inside wall paintings were faded due to that looks not good. Apart from that service good, food good. This hotel is perfect stay for family.

The hotel is located at a place easily accessible. If it's a period of short stay, the rooms won't disappoint. However, if you plan to stay longer, the rooms might not turn out to be upto the mark. The staff is cooperative and attempts to offer the best possible service. If you are looking for a days stint to cover Vaishnodevi and move forward, this can be a decent place of stay.

Claiming as 3 star hotel but the facility, service and staff behaviour worse than the 3rd rated lodges. Never experienced such a rude staff n service like this. If we ask for any service, they would assign back to us. If we call, they would cut without even uttering a word. If we ask to carry baggage, tell us to carry if we can. Ordered tea n reminded from 6 pm. Got a reply by 8 pm saying that they are busy in preparing dinner. But dinner was served only at 9.30 pm. Pity is that one of the stupid in restaurant told to clear plates after dinner. The water jugs in the room is stinking n smelling. Rooms are cramped and gives a dirty feel. Though booked a month ago, had to wait for room more than 3 hours. But they would demand tips without ashamed.. yuk.. pathetic dumbs all over the hotel No proper intercom, no lift, no cleanliness, no smiling staff, no hot water, no politeness no service, no cultured staff. They are not aware what is hospitality n service. If you want to pay and get ill treated, stay in this damn hotel As there is no rating in minus, given 1 star else I would rate much lesser than this

Clean rooms, prompt service, courteous and helpful staff, delicious food. We were family of 7 staying in 3 rooms. One of the rooms' geyser stopped working and they couldn't repair, so they changed our room as soon as another room was available. Would love to stay again.
