Rooms are new and well furnished with luxurious design. The staff is so supportive and kind towards there guest and Ready to help if there is any problem. Good and other service is top notch . I highly recommend to all who are planning to come alone or with family. Taxi service is free, market is very near for purchasing dry fruits, cultural clothes of jammu kashmir, and other local things .

worst experience in my whole life . they dont know the MAPAI meaning after confirming on mapai basis they charge extra for dinner after receiving advance they don't have lift in hotel no TV , at the time of booking he assured we do have proper 3 star hotel ,client suffers a alot , they lied we have buffet system but reality is they don't have kitchen and dinning , they bring dinner from outside hotel t and ask again for extra money to clients . . in nutshell they are new in hospitality service and cheats to agents .
