The staff of the hotel Santi are very bad they told you we gave you a pick and drop facility from mata vaishno devi but they never pick you. So I remember you no one tack room there.

Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Poor service, dirty and stinky rooms. Please don't be fool and avoid to visit here if you want good or atleast average ambience.

This property is very nice , Rooms are clean , staff is good and it’s very near to railway station katra . Highly recommend The rooms are always clean and everything is nice and fresh. The staff is always accommodating and makes you feel at home. The hotel is really highly recommended due to the cleanliness and the very friendly staff! Special thanks u Specially mr sonu and sanjeev.

Hotel Shanti Residency is very dirty, staff is good, owner is bad, staff is rude, customer's summary: B Service is zero, staff does not get salary if salary is taken, warning ⚠️Do not book online, first see for yourself.

The rooms of Shanti Residency were just subtle in good way according to the experiences I as a travelled have had. The view was just great and the location is also pretty good. To everyone who’s visiting Jammu I’d like to recommend them to go spend your money and time there.

Maha bekr they don't even have steel utensils...and they provide food in plastic polybags if they can provide a big menu they should be also provide utensils
