I wouldn't even have given one star, but I just needed to review it after my visit to this hotel. This place was horrible, the complete ambience was full to bad vibes, no cleanliness, forget about hygiene, door knobs, tap handles, everything was so so dirty that you fear touching them, and after covid you can't risk your and family's health. Blanket and bedsheets here were also smelling like hell and were so dirty, Attaching a few pics for reference.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Rooms were so dirty looks like never cleaned. Snail was roaming on the washroom as well as the room. Snails were present on the bed also. None of the staff were bothered for the customer satisfaction. Better to stay in dormitory rather then staying in so called BHAWANI INTERNATIONAL.

It's an okay kind of hotel. Just use it for relaxing and attached bathroom. Don't expect anything fancy. House keeping department is kind of a slow mover and need to attend complaints quickly. Location is good. Near bus stand, Niharika and Yatra Parchi Counter. Priced reasonably. Rooms are decently spacious.

A very welcoming and spacious place to stay in and rest for every visitor of Vaishno Devi. This place has good quality of hot food. The services provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. A family stay is very nicer to me because this place had great value money. Just next to every person need market and opposite to main bus stop makes it most preferable

The Room, linen and toiletries were clean, wifi speed and coverage inside rooms was also good but the doors and their knobs were in very bad condition, bathroom door even had a tin lining on it. All these things leave a very bad feel and diminishes the overall experience.

Pros :- food tastes very good, view is good, the hotel location is nearby Cons :- over priced, rooms are not worth what they charge old property with old doors and service is worst you have to order food 1 hour before and chapati also takes minimum 30-45 mins order accordingly

Hi all,||I went to Vaishno devi in the month of August and stayed at Bhawani International hotel. The hotel is very near to the bus stand (Katra) and the Katra market and also the ticket counter (yatra parchi) that is required for entering the premises of the temple. The hotel has different categories of rooms so I saw two of them one was the standard room other was the deluxe room. The deluxe room was very nice had a/c and charges were around 1400 for two (might vary as per season) but since we just had to spent few hours so we chose the standard room. It did not have a/c plus the view from the room was not pleasing, the bed was comfortable and hot water was provided 24x7. They charged 800 for 2 people. Overall I would say since you don't spend much time in the hotel you can chose this hotels standard room for stay otherwise the deluxe n other rooms are also good options. Plus you can ask the hotel people to get bus tickets if someone wants to travel to some other state. The staff is helpful and hospitality is good.|
