Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast . |Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.| I am very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.||At last but not least, we met the person Renue ji Dhar (General Manager), he is very kind hearted & cooperative . He treated us like his own family members.

The stay at the hotel was pleasant. Neat and clean hotel. Staff was cooperative. Food is really delicious. The food manger Mr.Rana was very hospital and understand the need of the customer. Vide variety of food items. Really appreciate his managerial skills. Will recommend others also.

One of the best services I have ever received in any hotel. Staff is extremely nice to accommodate any request one may have from food, cab, anything needed in room or any suggestions/ help about yatra. Manager, Mr Rohit, was very helpful as he helped us get rooms in bhawan at a short notice, arranged cabs for us multiple times, arrange pram for our daughter amidst strike, upgraded our room and gave us highest level of service. We were truly delighted by the whole experience and will surely advise this hotel to anyone travelling to Katra.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The staff was incredibly polite, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We stayed for our vaishno devi trip - and it was very comfortable. Rooms were large and clean. Renuji Dhar was superb and supported us for the Bhavan darshan - we were surprised and pleased with the hospitality. Buffet was limited but very good esp mention for Ranaji

The rooms were very clean. The hotel staff is very helpful. The hotel management guided properly regarding the yatra ticket and drop at the required starting point. The food served at different times was good and they maintain hygiene at all times

Sunil, Mohit, Rana, Hemraj provided excellent services at the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and tasty eventhough the dishes were cooked without onion and garlic. |Moreover, the rooms are very neat and clean and housekeeping is prompt.
