OYO 24888 Hotel Sham Palace

The experience was so good all facilities were available from past 9years we are staying here because of the faculties and comfortable rooms

Worst hotel ever.we entered the first floor rooms and saw very dirty bedsheets with stains and cockroaches and hair of the previous owners of the room .the toilet appliances are all broken and flooded with dirty water.lthe cupboards are filled with termites. The cupboard doors are broken on the 2nd floor. In some of the bathrooms ,(all of them )the buckets are all broken and the flush of each of the bathrooms are not working .There are no showers and no hand showers.All the walls of the rooms have bettle red stains especially near the dustbin. The AC 's are all broken like dead bodies. Some washroom are having bars of soaps inside the toilet seats.The rooms have a very foul smell .The employees are very rude and not well behaved .None of the door locks are working .The floor tiles are broken .They have damaged dustbins .They have dambed walls and they have faded colours.This hotel is 2 faced . While the reception is very clean and tidy . Never come to this hotel ever.

Rude Owner. We agreed to pay 1400 initially...but at the time of check out they were adamant and asked us 1800 to pay. Avoid to stay here

Hotel is not great but not bad also. Main advantage of this hotel is its location. It is located at a walking distance from the Banganga check post. Staff behaviour is okay. Rooms need a lot of improvements in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Size of the rooms are pretty small. You cannot control the temperature of AC and speed of fan as both of them are fixed, atleast in the room that I got. Overall not worth the price this hotel is available for. You can find much better options in the 1.5K-2K per night price segment.

Bad Services i have never seen ... They will charge for rooms only.. essential items missing as well like water bottle , heater, towel, if you need these things you have to pay extra.. as well as room and bathroom was dirty .. better you need to select another hotels like Maa Hotel can provide the good services .

This is my worst experience in this hotel, All Staff having rude behaviour they're not provide you some basic item. 1.Bed sheets dirty, everywhere is hairy, 2.Not Provide Water 3.Wifi not working 4. Rude behaviour of receptionist (photo attached) 5. No view from hotel rooms 6. Don't provide pick up or drop service after promise. 7. Toilets are not hygiene. 8. No answers on phone calls. 9. Not provide basic item ( towel / soaps / Blanket / heaters / wifi / Water ) Paisa barbaad backhod.. RATE TARRIFE IS VERY HIGH ACCORDING TO OTHER HOTELS IN KATRA.. SUGGEST YOU TO NOT USE IS HOTEL WHILE YOUR JOURNEY..

this is not hotel.. its look like haunted place. rooms are totally different from pictures shown on websites. Staff never ever cared about the customers. when we asked about the Rooms are totally different from website then room service boy said "Dikhega tabhi to Bikega" Rooms are so dirty and smelly. They also have rats in their air conditioner. Rats play on your bed sheets at night. I feel shamed in front of my guests because i just booked this hotel on basis of pictures showing on OYO site. guests also expect the same room but they also totally disappointed. geyser and water supply is not regular. most of the Taps broken in Bathroom and never ever fixed easily. i never ever recommend this hotel to family Living. it will definitely spoil your mood and you will be Frustrated. there are some maintanance work going on in hotel so you will have to adjust with lots of noice of dril machines and paint smell. in Short, Hotel Sham palace is not a Hotel its a Set of 90's Ramsey Movies...
