In this hotel wifi connection is very bad or tv (led) is just for show pc ..or room are small ..staff is not so help full. only plus point is hot water availability or near railway station

Stayed here for 2 days with Family. We booked 2 double occupancy and 1 triple occupancy rooms. The rooms size were good. The washroom was neat and clean. The size of the washroom was also big. Wifi was available. They even recharged the TV setup box for us as we requested them since my father wanted to watch Cricket 😉. AC was also working. Located near the railway station at a walkable distance. You can have food outside on the main road as there are 2-3 shops. We were able to get the Yatra sim also outside the hotel. Only cons is that there is no LIft facility. Apart from that we din faced any issues staying here.

One of the worst hotel ,even the staff is fully drunk every time ,their way of talking, behave just like a goons ,you are just a nothing for them Even if you are going there with your family u and your family is not secure Never book that hotel They are totally spam

We had booked 6 rooms (for 20 members) this hotel for 2 days through goibibo. We were very much disappointed with room size, no lift even though our room on 3rd floor, we had taken out luggage with ourselves (no one help us), our room was on 3rd floor nearby Mobile Tower (with noise). Room service is poor no one take care of us. I strongly recommend not to book in this hotel. I request Google to add Zero or negetive star also in rating so one can exactly evaluate and review.

THEY ARE FRAUD. AVOID USING THIS HOTEL. everything was poor. if there would be an option of ZERO (0) rating then definitely I would had given that. Wrost experience I ever had as the staff was having no atticates how to behave with females and children. Worst experience one could ever had and even the manager was agruing with us and using abusive language. Talking about the services :- we had booked 3 AC room but the AC was not working. No basic facility like telephone and tv was not working also it has water issue for the bathroom. When I asked to manager for water he denied in the next morning time said " I am unable to provide water for bathroom purpose. " Also he said that he has wifi facilities but it was working only on reception area. No bacis facilities were available and when we complained regards this, the manager starts shouting on us and started saying like do whatever you wanna do, we are not going to refund your amount. SO KINDLY AVOID THIS HOTEL IN KATRA.
