I think rooms are average bcoz of its price but yes according to price there rooms are fine

Used non AC family rooms for couple of hours and locker facilities during Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan. Staff and services are all normal and value for money type. Best part is it's location- is at walkable distance from Bus stand, Katra and as well as taxi and auto stand used for railway station.

Hotel is pathetic in terms of service. Would have given zero star. Highly disappointing experience.

There is no facilities available.... Need to progress of service... Not satisfied after visiting there... I'm so disappointed with hotel 🙂
