Hotel HollyWood Patnitop

Worst experience in worst hotel of Patnitop. Don't book by name. Dirty Rooms and pathetic rude Staff Naam bade aur darshan chote. Only good thing is the name in this hotel. We cancelled the booking after physically experiencing the property but they didn't bother to return 1000 advance as if we used there rooms. Worst experience..horrible..switched to Hotel Green Orchid Patnitop which is far far better from this.

Very Bad Hotel. Hotel is very dirty. Rooms are very dirty and cockroaches and insects are all around in the rooms. There are no tv connection no wifi. Wifi is not working. Very Bad behaviour by staffs.
