Absolutely beautiful & ultra spacious & peaceful property to stay in Srinagar, Khaas Mukaam is the perfect name as it meets all your travel & stay & food expectations. I loved the garden space & spacious bedrooms with beautiful views of Dal Lake & Fort. Staff is very helpful and at your service 24/7. I highly recommend to experience Khaas Mukaam on your visit to Srinagar.

We had a wonderful and a peaceful stay. Khaas Muqaam has a good ambience and hygienic rooms. The paratha served in breakfast was amazing. The property is spacious and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. Hospitality is Amazing and behaviour of staff is good I would be great if you add more food options in your menu for breakfast.

It was a wonderful and pleasant stay at Khaas Muqaam. We loved the property and hospitality. Property is spacious with big rooms, lush green garden and parking facility. Staff is cooperative and of polite nature.

Khaas Muqaam is a beautiful Villa located in Nishat water works road. Acres of land surround the 4 room villa; to me the most spacious and one of the beautiful spaces to stay in Srinagar. This place is really something else.Visit this place; rent the villa and stay. You will never be disappointed.
