Hotel Ascot

I booked this hotel. They didn't provided heater, I would bear it. But I was sick and asked for some hot water as my troat was not well, Their straight answer was we don't provide hot water here. They have a kitchen, I have seen him holding kettle in his hand. Atleast for courtesy, they should told something that I can accept but they didn't. Hotel is okayish only. But hospitality is ZERO.

Hotel room, staff and location is very good and it’s located at the heart of Dal lake . The hotel brings a luxury home life feel. I suggest people to stay in this hotel it’s convenient and comfortable and hospitality is very nice.

The Hotel is at walking distance from Dal Lake. Hotel staff and management are very humble and cooperative and most loving experience is about food. Frankly speaking, we never expected to get such a good quality veg food but we were wrong. Overall experience with stay is very nice.

The hotel location is prime, very nearby (walking distance) from Dal lake street, nice stay, very courteous staff; especially Mr Arif, ensured to have provided a good service for entire stay duration, dal lake street food, shopping, lake view experience everything is explorable & you can spend more time at it due to convenient hotel stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ascot , Boulveard,and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The room was spotless and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, and I appreciated the convenience of nearby attractions ,Special Mention to Mr Zahid Hussain ,Manager He took well care of us. The stay was amazing and service was really hospitable. I would suggest tourists from the world to definitely check this place out. The view from rooms are amazing and the manager Mr. Zahid helped us out a lot since we were in Srinagar without a hotel. All in all a good experience.
