Hotel Manora Palace

A nice and cheap place to stay at. The owner is an amazing guy and together with his floor manager will provide amazing services. Setting up your simcard, giving you a ride while in a bind and trying to be as helpful as they can. They really helped us out. The sheets were not as clean as we'd have liked, after pointing it out we got new ones, and the hotel was noisy in the night because of a lot of Indian tourists We would recommend this place though. Good price and very good service.

I have stayed at this hotel for four nights and used it to travel to different locations like Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Dudhpathri etc. The location is really good. Just 2 minutes away from scenic beauty of Dal lake. What really blew my mind is the service and the food served by hotel staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the food served there was better than the food served by many restaurants in the city. They really made my trip enjoyable. I have deducted one star for room because there were some kind of renovation going on in the hotel when I stayed there. I will definitely recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone planning to visit Kashmir.

Good location, very near to Dal lake, sufficient parking facility, Hotel staff very cooperative and helpful. Food quality very good and can be cokked as per your personal instructions and advise. Highly recommended for friends and family stay.. Rooms and wash rooms are well maintained in clean and hygienic conditions.....

One of the best hotels ,with a great mountain view and delicious food. It is at 2 minute walk from Dal Lake. Best thing is the hospitality that you get from the staff.If you are unplanned they guide you well.All you need to do is just come and else everything will be managed. Munair bhai,Wasim bhai,Aqib all were very helpful,they made our trip comfortable and beautiful. You can enjoy your trip only if your stay is comfortable.

Very bad experience at this hotel. Staff and manager both were rude they don’t know how to talk or to attend guests. They didn’t even provide us with good food. Very poor management, no hygiene was maintained. You can get better place at less cost.
